Mashiro
Kuna

Mashiro Kuna is the co-lieutenant of the 9th Division and the loudest person in any room she occupies. She spends most of her appearances complaining, kicking Kensei Muguruma, refusing to do the parts of her job she finds boring, and behaving in a way that would get anyone else discharged.

She is also the single most naturally gifted Visored. Where the others needed months or years of training to hold their masks on, Mashiro maintained hers for fifteen hours from the very first attempt with no practice at all, and none of the eight can explain why. Her fighting is entirely kicks, delivered at a speed that makes her Hollow mask look like an afterthought.

She was Kensei's lieutenant a hundred years ago and is his lieutenant again now, which is its own quiet statement about what he tolerates and why. When Kensei drags Shūhei Hisagi into the forest to force a Bankai out of him, Mashiro is the one who leaps in and attacks Hisagi on command, mask already on, because the fastest way to get a result is to make the alternative worse. The bee-shaped mask and the constant whining conceal the fact that she has never actually lost.
