Cirucci Sanderwicci was the 105th Arrancar and a Privaron Espada, which is the rank given to Arrancar who held an Espada number and then lost it. She guards one of the towers of Las Noches, dresses like she is going somewhere better, and is deeply insulted by having to fight Uryū Ishida, who she regards as beneath her.

Her Zanpakutō, Golondrina, releases into an enormous pair of bladed wings covered in retractable feathers she can fire and recall. It is a genuinely awkward weapon to fight, and Uryū only beats it by working out that the feathers are all attached and cutting the arm they hang from. She loses on a technicality of her own design rather than on power.

What happens afterwards is worse than the loss. Rudbornn Chelute executes her while she is lying defeated, on the grounds that a Privaron Espada is disposable, and much later Mayuri Kurotsuchi digs the body up. Cirucci comes back as part of the 12th Division's Corpse Unit, fighting the Wandenreich alongside Luppi Antenor, still complaining about the assignment and still expecting to be allowed to pick her own opponent.
