Pesche
Guatiche

Pesche Guatiche is one of Nelliel Tu Odelschwanck's two Fracción, an insect-masked Arrancar who spends most of his screen time being loud, dishonest about his own competence, and physically thrown around by everyone in reach. He and Dondochakka Birstanne travel Hueco Mundo with Nel in her child form, and the three of them read as comic relief for a long stretch of the arc.

The truth underneath is grim. Nel was the Tres Espada, betrayed by Nnoitra Gilga, and struck from behind hard enough to crack her mask and reduce her to a child with no memory of any of it. Pesche and Dondochakka were not damaged in the same way. They chose to stay with her in that state, hid her from the rest of Las Noches, and kept up the ridiculous act because the alternative was explaining to her what had happened.

Infinite Slick is his signature technique, a lubricant fired from his mask that he uses in ways nobody would call dignified. During the fight with Szayelaporro Granz he drops the routine entirely, revealing a Cero Sucio and a level of coordination he had spent the whole arc pretending not to have. He is far more capable than he lets anyone believe, and the pretence was always for her benefit.
